Send completed form and any requested documents via email within 24 hours of your booking. Failure to do so will result in us cancelling your booking, which is subject to a cancellation fee and Terms & Conditions.

Once your booking is processed, we will send you an email with a booking form. You will need to complete this form and send any requested documents within 24 hours in order for us to confirm your booking with property management company. Failure to do so will result in us cancelling your booking, which is subject to cancellation fee and Terms & Conditions.
No refund for early check out or termination of the agreement.
Refundable deposit is £110 - subject to deductions based on damage. Refund is usually within 24 hours of check out and subject to checks being made.
Any cancellation needs to be sent in writing via email - the following cancellation fees apply according to the number of days before the first planned date of stay:
Greater than 61 days = 30% of rental
Between 51 to 60 days = 50% of rental
Between 41 to 50 days = 70% of rental
Between 30 to 40 days = 80% of rental
Between 22 to 29 days = 90% of rental
Between 0 to 21 days = 100% of rental
We incur costs for the inability for re-selling the period of stay which is cancelled. However, we will endeavour to review this charge in light of the cancellation period and the ability for us to re-sell. Alternatively, you can contact your insurance company to make a claim.

Television, satellite and internet
Use of building facilities - subject to access and availability
Government taxes
Private car park
Full housekeeping - check in and out (once a week - otherwise, the apartment should be kept clean). If you require more dedicated housekeeping, then we will try to accommodate your requests, which is subject to extra charge.
