  • Weekly Rate - Based on a 7 day week - equivalent 6 nights stay - subject to check in (14:00) and out (12:00) times.
  • Monthly Rate - based on a 30 day period - subject to check in (14:00) and out (12:00) times.
  • Annual Rate - based on a full calendar year - subject to check in (14:00) and out (12:00) times.
  • Part periods will be calculated by easTaiga and sent to customer for approval. The cheapest combination will be used.

 

  

Booking & Payment Process

  • To enquire about the availabilty, rates or to book please Contact Us.

  • Please ensure you include your name, email, check in date, check out date and any details we need to be aware of.  

  • easTaiga will review your request and confirm your booking and payment amount. This will include a refundable deposit.

  • Once the booking has been approved by the customer, we send a request for payment via Paypal.

  • When we receive confirmation of payment we will confirm your reservation via email.

     

  • Terms & Conditions


  • Rates are subject to change at the discretion of owner.

  • No refund for early check out or termination of the agreement.

  • Refundable deposit is subject to deductions based on damage or breakages. Refund is usually within 24 hours of check out and subject to checks being made.

  • This is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment - this is to ensure all tenants (inlcuding children) have a clean and fresh living space - please use smoking areas or the balcony to keep smoke away from the main living space. Any abuse of this policy will result in loss of your deposit due to cleaning costs being incurred.

  • Any cancellation needs to be sent in writing via email - the following cancellation fees apply according to the number of days before the first planned date of stay:

  •  

    Greater than 61 days = 30% of rental

    Between 51 to 60 days = 50% of rental

    Between 41 to 50 days = 70% of rental

    Between 30 to 40 days = 80% of rental

    Between 22 to 29 days = 90% of rental

    Between 0 to 21 days = 100% of rental

     

    We incur costs for the inability for re-selling the period of stay which is cancelled. However, we will endeavour to review this charge in light of the cancellation period and the ability for us to re-occupy. Alternatively, you can contact your insurance company to make a claim.

     

    Rates include the following (subject to change):

     

  • Water, electricity, air conditioning

  • Television, satellite and internet

  • Use of building facilities - subject to access and availability

  • Government taxes

  • Private car park

  • Full housekeeping - check in and out (the apartment should be kept clean). If you require more dedicated housekeeping, then we will try to accommodate your requests, which is subject to extra charge.
